Getting to the Sunshine Coast (from Vancouver)

Most guests will be travelling from Vancouver. The typical route is Horseshoe Bay → Langdale (Gibsons) by ferry, then a short drive up the Coast to Roberts Creek.

Ferry travel (please book ahead)

Because this is peak summer on the Coast, we strongly recommend booking your ferry in advance and allowing extra time for summer traffic and sailing waits. If you’re planning to drive, booking a vehicle reservation is the safest way to keep your day stress-free.

Where to stay

We recommend booking accommodations in:

- Roberts Creek (closest)

- Sechelt / Davis Bay (15 mins North)

- Gibsons (15 mins South)

-Halfmoon Bay (farthest)

Vacation rentals (Airbnbs) can be a great option, especially around Roberts Creek. We’re also looking into hotel blocks, and we’ll share details here if we secure one.

Tip: Book early, the Sunshine Coast fills up quickly in August.

Getting to and from the venue

The wedding will be held at Kyle’s sister’s private property in Roberts Creek. The exact address and arrival instructions will be shared closer to the date.

Parking: Parking at the property will be limited, we will be sending out instructions on how to best manage this shortly.

Transportation: We’re currently exploring transportation options and will share clear guidance (and any shuttle details, if applicable) as soon as they’re finalized.

Accessibility and footwear note

This is a private property setting with grass and some uneven ground. Please consider this when selecting your footwear.
